Teams of 3:

While 2 do front squats (65/75/95/115/135), the 3rd will run 2 laps. Rotate until everyone completes the run.

While 2 do pullups, the 3rd will complete 100 double unders (250 singles). Rotate until everyone completes the dubs.

While 2 to do KBS, the 3rd will row 500m. Rotate until everyone completes the row.

Then, team Indian run for 2 laps!
